Robert Gray McCulloch
Winger (1925)
When signed by Watford he was seen as the answer to an outside-left problem, the club have been poorly served in that position in 1924/25, but this small Scottish winger proved no long-term solution. He did score in his first away game, but his senior appearances were all in the early part of the season. In geographical terms his transfer in May 1924 was among the longest moves possible in British football.
